Orders

- All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

- Custom orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.

-Your order will be shipped to the address given at time of purchase unless you notify us otherwise.

- Once your order has been shipped we will send you a note via email.

Is my item insured and can I track it?

- Our regular shipping option does not include insurance or tracking, but these options are available for an extra cost, just please let us know before purchase.

Do you offer exchanges?

- All sales are final - we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or you have receive the wrong item please contact us straight away.
